CorpFit Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the CorpFit platform.

The CorpFit platform is operated by Zvyar LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States ("CorpFit", "we", "our", or "us").

Certain services may also be delivered through affiliated entities including CorpFit Ltd. (European Union) depending on the user's location.

By accessing or using the CorpFit platform, you agree to these Terms.

 

Description of Services

CorpFit provides:

• AI-supervised fitness coaching

• training programs

• workout tracking

• real-time voice AI coaching

• progress analytics

• community features

• corporate wellness programs
   

The platform may include AI systems powered by providers such as OpenAI.

These systems analyze user input to generate coaching guidance.

 

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Users between 13-18 may only use the platform with parental consent.

The platform is not intended for children under 13.

 

Health Disclaimer

CorpFit provides general fitness guidance only.

CorpFit does not provide medical advice.

Users should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks including:

• injury

• illness

• muscle strain

• cardiovascular complications
   

By using CorpFit, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity.

 

AI Coaching Disclaimer

CorpFit uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching guidance.

AI output may:

• contain inaccuracies

• be incomplete

• not reflect professional coaching judgment
   

AI responses should be used as guidance only.

Users are responsible for deciding whether any exercise is appropriate.

 

Voice Interaction Consent

CorpFit may allow users to interact with the platform using voice communication.

When using voice features:

• audio may be transmitted to AI systems

• audio may be converted to text

• responses may be generated by AI

• responses may be converted back to speech
   

Voice interactions may be processed by third-party providers including OpenAI.

By using voice features, you consent to this processing.

CorpFit does not store voice recordings unless explicitly stated.

 

Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information

• maintain account security

• notify CorpFit of unauthorized access
   

CorpFit may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

 

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require payment.

Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

• software

• AI models

• training programs

• branding

• design
   

are owned by CorpFit or its licensors.

Users may not copy or distribute content without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorpFit shall not be liable for:

• injuries resulting from workouts

• AI guidance errors

• service interruptions

• indirect damages.
   

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

 

Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits where permitted by law.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
