Live Human Fitness Coaching

Live Human Training + Supervised AI Live Sessions

These are live video-call workouts with the coach, typically via social media apps like WhatsApp, Viber, or Facebook Messenger. A phone and a good internet connection are required. The coach maintains visual contact throughout the session to ensure proper exercise technique.

This method is similar to in-person training but conducted online, making it ideal for those working out at home. Up to three or four people can train in the same session without seeing each other, offering more flexibility in scheduling.

This option starts with an initial consultation, where the coach gathers information about the client’s fitness experience, goals, preferences, training frequency, injuries, and other considerations.

Based on this, the coach designs a detailed 4–5 week program, including:

  • Exercise instructions with active YouTube links for reference

  • Recommended weights, reps, and sets

  • Progression plans to gradually increase workout intensity

 

The coach’s key roles include:

  • Building a relationship of trust and partnership

  • Supporting the client during motivation dips

  • Encouraging consistency and habit formation

  • Ensuring the program aligns with the client’s goals and abilities

  • Monitoring physical progress over time

 

AI Coaching Support:
Alongside human-led live sessions, clients also gain access to the Supervised AI Fitness Coach through application. This enables them to complete multiple on-demand AI-guided workouts outside their scheduled human training. The AI coach provides real-time feedback, technique supervision, and progression support — ensuring clients can train anytime with professional guidance, not just during live sessions.
