Connected Fitness Coaching
Human Messaging + Supervised AI Live Sessions
The communication is through social media app Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook etc. The client works out on his own schedule and pace. The coach is communicating with her/him constantly to ensure progress and goals are achieved.
This option starts with an initial consultation where the coach gathers information about the client’s fitness experience, goals, preferences, training frequency, injuries, and other considerations. Based on this, the coach designs a detailed 4-5 week program, including:

Exercise instructions with active YouTube links for reference

Recommended weights, reps, and sets

Progression plans to gradually increase workout intensity
The coach's key roles include:

Building a relationship of trust and partnership

Supporting the client during motivation dips

Encouraging consistency and habit formation

Ensuring the program aligns with the client’s goals and abilities

Monitoring physical progress over time
The program can be gym-based, home-based, or a hybrid. Throughout the process, the client provides regular feedback, and the coach makes adjustments as needed. Clients also submit video recordings of their exercises for technique review.
AI Coaching Support:
In addition to the human coach, clients gain access to the Supervised AI Fitness Coach through application. This allows them to schedule and complete multiple on-demand training sessions at any time. The AI coach provides real-time guidance, technique supervision, and workout progression support, ensuring clients always have access to a coach — even outside of scheduled human interactions.
